Explores the difference between Retributive Just Culture and a Restorative Just Culture
Most chose their career for many reasons important to them. This video explores a clinic that provides mental health care to their community. Each person in the organization show that they are there because they really believe in the mission of the care their company gives. Unfortunately due to the culture they built around handling mishaps they were tearing each other apart and being crushed by the system they created.
By helping the clinic to focus instead on Restorative Just Culture they were able to find a way to support one another, ensure they provide the care they were all there to do. This video gives a high level explanation of how they got there.
